Traci is an accomplished emergency services professional with nearly two decades of experience in EMS, firefighting, and surgical technology. Having started as an EMT-Basic in 2005, she worked her way through all New York State EMS certifications before achieving her Paramedic status in 2009. Her expertise extends beyond emergency medical response—she has served as an interior firefighter, emergency vehicle operator, EMS administrator, and operating room coordinator. Since 2000, she has also been a Certified Surgical Tech, specializing in trauma and orthopedics. Additionally, Traci collaborates with law enforcement and special operations teams to develop advanced medical training programs, ensuring personnel are well-equipped for high-stakes emergency situations.

Joseph is a seasoned emergency services professional with over two decades of experience. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science and a Master’s in the Art of Teaching, both from Cornell University. Beginning his career as a firefighter in 2000, he expanded his expertise by becoming an EMT in 2004 and later achieving Paramedic certification in 2009. In addition to his hands-on experience, Joseph holds national certifications as a Fire Instructor I and II and Fire Officer I and II. He has also served as an Assistant Chief and training officer for his local fire department and ambulance service, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to education in emergency response.
