Traci is an accomplished emergency services professional with nearly two decades of experience in EMS, firefighting, and surgical technology. Having started as an EMT-Basic in 2005, she worked her way through all New York State EMS certifications before achieving her Paramedic status in 2009. Her expertise extends beyond emergency medical response—she has served as an interior firefighter, emergency vehicle operator, EMS administrator, and operating room coordinator. Since 2000, she has also been a Certified Surgical Tech, specializing in trauma and orthopedics. Additionally, Traci collaborates with law enforcement and special operations teams to develop advanced medical training programs, ensuring personnel are well-equipped for high-stakes emergency situations.

Joseph is a seasoned emergency services professional with over two decades of experience. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science and a Master’s in the Art of Teaching, both from Cornell University. Beginning his career as a firefighter in 2000, he expanded his expertise by becoming an EMT in 2004 and later achieving Paramedic certification in 2009. In addition to his hands-on experience, Joseph holds national certifications as a Fire Instructor I and II and Fire Officer I and II. He has also served as an Assistant Chief and training officer for his local fire department and ambulance service, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to education in emergency response.

Sara Moore - Paramedic Instructor

Elevate EMS is proud to welcome our newest Paramedic instructor Sara Moore. Sarah is a paramedic and instructional designer based in Watkins Glen, NY, with a career that blends high-acuity emergency medical care and thoughtful, learner-centered education. After almost more than two decades responding to critical calls and coordinating complex patient care, she now combines her field experience with a strong background in curriculum development to create engaging, practical training for adult learners. Previously, Sara led EMS education programs and served as a paramedic program director, overseeing accreditation, developing hands-on scenarios, and shaping inclusive learning environments. She continues to present at regional and state EMS conferences and has authored several articles on pediatric emergencies, toxicology, and prehospital care. Sara holds a master’s degree in education and just finished an MBA from Houghton University.

What types of training do you provide?

We provide high quality EMS and medical education. We can provide a proven training program or tailor an option for your specific organization.

How long are your trainings?

Each training session takes as long as needed to accomplish the goal of your organization. We do not rush the class just to "get it in", but we also don't draw it out just for time.

Do you offer your classes in online versions?

At this time, our classes and trainings are only offered in person.

How much does your training cost?

Class/trainings costs all depends on many variables such as which class, how many instructors, how many students, travel, etc. Contact us directly to receive a quote!
